Inclusions in the weekly Rental:
▪ 24 hours security.
▪ Transfers (for the clients hosted in the private island) on check-in day and check-out day, from the airport to the island and vice versa.
▪ 5 Master rooms hosting 10 adults.
▪ Fully staffed & catered Villa (1 x House manager, 1 chef, 1 waiter, housekeeping, 1 captain for tender boat & pool and garden maintenance).
▪ Beverages such as water, soft drinks, juices, house wines are included. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
▪ Breakfast, Lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner Mediterranean style to be chosen by the client. Lobster, Shellfish, caviar or special requests are considered extra expenses.
▪ Tender Boat with Captain for water sports.
▪ Water sports: Jet Skis, water skiing, paddle surfing, wakeboarding, donut, etc...

Price per week 150,000 Euros + 10% Spanish VAT

For weddings & Special celebrations, an extra fee will be charged per guest of 150,- Euros, for acceptance and usage of the premises.
